My E died.

I am so sad today. I Cricut Expression is totally frozen. I called Provo Craft and spoke to two extremely nice ladies (first one to reset) and second to confirm mine wasn't gonna make it! So they are sending a new one and I will have to ship the original one back. It could take 2 -3 weeks though. I don't know what I am going to do without the cricut. It makes my crafting so much easier!

***Edited to answer questions***
I've only had my E for 10 months. I have a few of the wild cards done in advance so hopefully we won't have to postpone anything! ;)

I would love to buy a smaller machine for 'just in case' but my hubby would prob kill me!! LOL!

Thanks for the kind words ~ I am really sad!!

  1. oh no, what a great tragedy!!! i feel for you as you and flowerdisco were doing a fab job with the wild cards...perhaps a little too wild! hope you survive this and that your new e will be home soon!

  2. That is so sad! How long have you had it?

  3. Oh NO!!! and right in the middle of the Wild Card series...guess we will have to wait =) I am glad to hear they are sending you a new one!!!

  4. That happened to me too. I have since learned and got a baby bug to keep as a backup. I also got one for my girls from Custom Crops during Christmas. It only cost $50. I couldn't stand waiting 3 weeks.

  5. Oh, that is terrible! Back to making cards the OLD way. Ugh. I love my cricut so much that I've had a little trouble embracing digi-stamps. Why go back to hand cutting when you have this fabulous machine! And you can stamp on what you cut. :0) I hope it comes in the shortest time possible!

  6. Hi,

Sorry to hear about your E. I have two baby bugs if you're interested. I only need one for back up.
