My E died.

I am so sad today. I Cricut Expression is totally frozen. I called Provo Craft and spoke to two extremely nice ladies (first one to reset) and second to confirm mine wasn't gonna make it! So they are sending a new one and I will have to ship the original one back. It could take 2 -3 weeks though. I don't know what I am going to do without the cricut. It makes my crafting so much easier!

***Edited to answer questions***
I've only had my E for 10 months. I have a few of the wild cards done in advance so hopefully we won't have to postpone anything! ;)

I would love to buy a smaller machine for 'just in case' but my hubby would prob kill me!! LOL!

Thanks for the kind words ~ I am really sad!!

  4. That happened to me too. I have since learned and got a baby bug to keep as a backup. I also got one for my girls from Custom Crops during Christmas. It only cost $50. I couldn't stand waiting 3 weeks.

  5. Oh, that is terrible! Back to making cards the OLD way. Ugh. I love my cricut so much that I've had a little trouble embracing digi-stamps. Why go back to hand cutting when you have this fabulous machine! And you can stamp on what you cut. :0) I hope it comes in the shortest time possible!

  6. Hi,

Sorry to hear about your E. I have two baby bugs if you're interested. I only need one for back up.
