Easy Crock-pot Chicken!

This has to be one of the easiest things to make.  Just dump all the ingredients and turn the dial on your crockpot.  It is so tasty and versatile though!  We use the meat to make tacos or nachos.  Yummy either way! Ingredients: 3-5 pounds of chicken (I just dump the frozen breast right in the crockpot!) 1 pack of taco seasoning of  your choice 1 jar of salsa - any brand Add ingredients to crock-pot and cook on high for about 6-8 hours.  When finished use two forks to shred.  Mix and then use meat for
tacos or nachos.

Ingredients:
  • One bag of frozen chicken breasts
  • One packet of taco seasoning
  • One jar of salsa

*use your favorite seasoning/salsa brands!

Directions:

Place chicken on bottom, sprinkle with seasoning.  Dump salsa on top.  Cook on high 4 hours (low 6).  When chicken is cooked through take two forks and shred.  Serve with normal taco additions.
