I've been a subscriber to Ipsy.com for a LONG time. I loved them for a long time but lately they have been falling flat. I feel like the products are not that new and I'm getting the same kinds of things every month. How many eyebrow pencils can one girl go through a year? (Now if it was mascara...)
So I tried birchbox in the fall and it was a fail. Sample size just doesn't do it for me.
I kept seeing Boxycharm show up on youtube with the vloggers.
I thought...
Why not.
Then this month's Ipsy resulted in a broken blush. It is totally unusable. It is a hassle to have to deal with them replacing or refunding it. So I'm done for a while with them. I'm not saying I won't ever go back but for now they are done.
Boxycharm has a waitlist. It is more money at $21 a month but you get FULL sized products.
I'll keep you posted!
