12th Grade Curriculum Choices

I cannot believe my oldest baby is entering his last year of school. I can still remember dropping him off to kindergarten and all the crying. The crying was on my part - he was a champ! Our Pastor at the time said to me that I would be crying on the first day but soon I would be crying for them to take him off my hands. That day actually never happened. I never liked sending them off to school. I dreaded that first day every year. When we became homeschoolers 6 years ago - that was one of the best parts for me. Getting to be with my kids every day is such a privilege. I'm so happy I am the one that gets to share their day.

We've narrowed down our Senior year choices. Which is a good thing since we start school this week!!

Our choices:

Notgrass Exploring Government - this will take up the first half of the year and we plan on doing Economics the second half. This curriculum includes literature and English but I will add the three supplements below:

Reading Comprehension
Easy Grammar

Word Roots

 Guest Hollow Physics
- we are so excited to dive into this curriculum.

 Mathusee Stewardship
Mathusee Algerbra 2

Abeka Health

We will probably do some additional work in the foreign language area with Greek. Not sure how much we will do or what exactly. There is a local class that I'm thinking of signing him up for.
