Y is You for #abcblogging

We are at the end of the alphabet and it sure does get hard to write things for these letters.  I can only imagine how hard next week's letter Z will be.

So the letter Y

I think of

You
Yearn
Yes


Let's start with YOU:


For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. -  John 3:16 KJV

In this verse the whosoever is talking about YOU!  

Yearn:

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.  - Psalm 42:1 KJV

Are we longing and yearning for God like our psalmist David was in this psalm? 

YES:

 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: - Ruth 1:16

Are we willing to say yes like Ruth was?  Yes to where God will have us go in our lives?
