My Thoughts:

This is an awesome book!  You can use this books in three different ways which makes it so versatile.  For our review we used it as a supplemental resource - basically just reading through facts.  It would also be perfect for a unit study or as a whole curriculum.  You can adjust the vocabulary for three different levels of ability.   

The book features great pictures that really tell the story.  I love mixed media style of the pages.  This style breaks up the pages into bite sized readings perfect for natural breaks in the curriculum.  Most of all this is a christian based science book.  On page 19 there is bible references to correlate with what you are learning.
