If you've been following my blog for any time I don't think you will be surprised by my main curriculum choice for preschool. I wanted something fun with lots of literature and Memoria Press has all of that. In fact the whole preschool level is just reading books and doing activities. There is some bible stories and recitation. I bought the whole core from Memoria Press. The only thing I did different is I bought all the readers from Thriftbooks.com. (This is was the cheapest option to own the whole reading list.)
I prefer to own all the readers for the year in case the weather gets tricky - they will already be on my shelf and I don't have to worry about late finds either. There are 34 weeks of study with this curriculum and it looks like it will take about 40 -60 minutes a day.
This was originally all I planned on doing but Logan decided he wants to do "school" too. So I have decided to do a letter of the week on top of this with some free printable I find on Pinterest. (Feel free to check out the board here!) I will be documenting most of this loosely on Instagram. (I love posting pictures of our day on there.)
I also have a bunch of hands on activities to round out our days with learning play!
