Can you believe it is March already? Easter is just around the corner. It is one of my most favorite holidays as we celebrate Jesus' resurrection! On top of that my family always goes to my cousin's house after church for a huge family reunion.
Now we all know what the holiday is really about but in our house we have some additional traditions - dying eggs, egg hunts and of course the bunny brings our kids a basket of goodies! Our bunny brings a little bit of chocolate but also brings some trinkets and of course BOOKS!
Today I'm so excited to share a set of three books I have for giveaway! I will also be sharing several books for inspiration over the next week - all which would be perfect additions to any Easter Basket!
We loved The Berenstain Bears Easter Sunday book. It was a wonderful way to usher in the season and remind our 5 year old why and how we celebrate Easter! I'm so happy to add this book to our collection of The Berenstain Bears books!
In the The Legend of the Easter Robin: An Easter Story of Compassion and Faith we learn all about the Amish story about how the Robin bird gets her red breast. This story brings us to the cross where Jesus died. I just love how it is a sweet reminder for children about what our Lord has done for us. This book will be an Easter reading tradition in our home.
In a world filled with princess themed toys and shows A Royal Easter Story shines! This tale of Princess sisters shows that there is more to being princesses than having a crown. The sisters are capable, have joy and show true character. By helping a little girl find her family the sisters show that they know what truly matters! I just loved this tale. It is perfect for little girls who love pretending to be princesses!
Be sure to visit Zondervan.com for addition book information and for ordering options!
One lucky reader will win all three Easter Themed Books!

ReplyDeleteOur ABSOLUTE favorite Easter traditions are the Egglo glow-in-the-dark scripture hunt at night, using our Resurrection Eggs to tell the story, and making Resurrection roll treats :) We have a blast gathering with our church members to worship too. I also really enjoy a Christian Easter Reading Countdown activity using plastic Easter eggs. Check it out http://totplay.blogspot.com/2014/05/christian-easter-book-countdown-for.html. Of course I need to add a few new Easter books to my wish list since this post is a year old.Thank you for the opportunity to win!
