ARupLife.com was sent product for review

As we transition into our new school year we have been updating our book bin with new books. My littlest loves reading time he loves going to his bin and pulling out his favorites. I let him pick on of his favorites and then I pick one or two. I love the special time of cuddling together and reading a books.

Once Upon A Time Bible For Little Ones

The Bible is not a fairy tale, but every great story happened “once upon a time.” The Once Upon a Time Bible for Little Ones features eight inspiring stories from the Bible, including tales of the baby in the basket, the birth of Jesus, and the boy that helped feed thousands. Each story is written to engage and excite your little one.

Our Thoughts: We really enjoy this board book. The stories a not super long but have enough meat to give you the full idea of the story. I really liked the stories chosen. On each page is a little spot with a "Happily Ever After" that wraps up the story with a happy ending- this was a cute concept.

If You're Happy and You Know It - A Sing-Along Book

Sweet illustrations bring the beloved children’s song “If You’re Happy and You Know It” to life, inspiring little ones to sing, clap, and stomp along as they turn the pages.

Our Thoughts:  I've really come to love sing-along books. They are wonderful ways to introduce songs to our children. This one has adorable animals on each page enjoying the actions that go with the songs. We like to add a chorus to the pages - "For the Father's Up Above and Looking Down With Love If your Happy and You Know It (then sing the action.) "

Little Jesus, Little Me

With sweet, cheerful artwork and delightful text, Little Jesus, Little Me reminds kids that Jesus was once a young child just like they are!

Our Thoughts:  I loved this book. The side by side comparisons of  Jesus' life with the children's lives is a wonderful reminder of how humble Jesus' beginnings were. Jesus had parents that loved him - just like you. Such a sweet board book.
